I asked Danny for assistance renting my property in Gatineau after another agent failed renting it for 3 months. Unlike the other agent, Danny was able to get me TWO good applications within LESS THAN ONE month. What I also found remarkable is that Danny gave me his PROFESSIONAL OPINION on each of the applications and offered an IN-DEPTH BACKGROUND CHECK. Thus, I was able to avoid renting to someone with a criminal record and multiple tenant board complaints. Something that I wouldn't be able to find out on my own. Also, very important is that Danny is VERY RESPONSIVE on the phone and the email and, in my experience, always either responds right away or gets back to you within 1 or 2 hours. Again, that's very different from many other agents that respond in a day or two (if at all) both to you and to the ponential buyer/tenant.
